How do I get referrals?

In my previous post I told you how to sign up for a freebie site. After you complete an offer you have to refer some people to your link. I know the that the first time I did this I was thinking "How am I going to get referrals?" I spent some time figuring this out and I came across a few sites. One of these sites is Getref. It is a great site for getting referrals. You can either buy points or earn them by signing up under other users programs. Another site is TheFreebieExchange.
